Pregnancy, labor, birth and then the act of caring for a newborn, infant or toddler can be taxing on the body. This postnatal yoga class is for newly postpartum mamas as well as mamas who are just in need of some "me time." It serves as a way to increase strength and flexibility, help with fatigue and exhaustion and improve posture. A parenting theme is woven into each class which includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), pelvic floor exercises and meditation. This class is available to all mamas and modifications are offered depending on birth and the postpartum experience.
