Prenatal Yoga aims to support pregnant people by strengthening the connection to their bodies and minds during pregnancy. The goal is to prepare the student physically, mentally and emotionally for the processes of labor, birth and parenting. Each class includes a prenatal theme and blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), labor management tools, pelvic floor exercises and a meditation to to support the theme. This class is available to pregnant people through all trimesters of pregnancy.
PRENATAL Class (Private)
- Class length: 75 minutes
- After class, receive a customized written guide (based on your practice that day) with specific postures for YOU as well as tips customized for you and your current stage of pregnancy
